Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• It’s returned with original packaging
• You contact us before returning anything

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We can provide collection services

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund — no stress.

Be sure to:

• Keep all packaging
• Email us with a clear photo and your order number

Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

• Used, marked, or damaged items (unless they arrived that way)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom orders

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Missing Deliveries
Once your order is marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for parcels that go missing afterward.

If your parcel is missing or stolen, please contact us and we will:

• Help you lodge a courier investigation
• Assist wherever possible, but please understand outcomes are dependent on the courier’s findings

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
