Bulky or Special Items
Oversized, heavy or long items may require a custom freight quote. If your item falls into this category:
- You will see a "Shipping to be quoted" message at checkout
- We will contact you via email with a shipping quote before dispatch
- You may choose to accept the quote or cancel your order for a full refund
- Some items may already have a set freight price and are unable to combined with your other items
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days
- Deliveries take around 2-5 business days
- Rural areas may take additional business days
- Public Holidays may take additional business days
- Peak seasons i.e. Christmas period may take additional business days
Tracking & Delivery
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address, as we are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after they are marked “delivered” by the courier.
Pickups
Pickups are currently unavailable, but we’re working on it and hope to offer this option soon!
